The Pharmacy’s PC may have an attached
printer, as an option, to make hard copies of transaction activity for
internal accounting purposes. TeleCLAIM++ provides a report module
called TeleVISTA that displays any and all required reporting that a
provider pharmacy may need. The Pharmacy Store may import data for
their own internal accounting and administration.
TeleVISTA Internet access enables users to print online reports. Many of the reports have Adobe Acrobat PDF formatting as an option for professional report print out or eMail transmission. The TeleCLAIM++ module, called TeleRx, is the Home Page of the Pharmacy transaction website. This website contains the latest security safeguards that make each pharmacy network node unique. Each store is provided with identification and passwords for control. The latest encryption devices are used for data transmission to and from the drug store’s PC interaction with the TeleCLAIM++ website. The User’s Administrator has all the options needed for total communication with internal personnel as well as with Clients and Pharmacy providers. The system’s Browser based operation enables easy access to eMail facilities, some manual and others with an automatic trigger. All this functionality is integrated into the system due to the Browser management. |
